We've seen tons of ads from Hillary and Obama talking about how desperately change is needed and how they are the only one who can accomplish what needs to happen. Both of these Senators should know that they have been in a position to make change happen in their short-lived stay in Congress...what have they accomplished? Nothing. And yet somehow, they want us, the American people, to believe that they can accomplish so much more in the Oval Office. Yeah right. They have more power to positively affect change in our country through their currnet office. The office of the President wasn't created to make laws, only sign them into action. This is not a new concept. Why don't they just make an ad simply stating the truth for once. Every issue that they are harping about: health care reform, education, immigration, taxes, the war against Terrorism, poverty etc. are all things that can be regulated and changed IN CONGRESS not in the White House.
This is just another example as to how the democratic party wants to fool the country into buying more of their BS. They want to show us how "horrible" the Bush Administration was, and the only way to "fix" the country is to put in a liberal who will install more costly big government programs, cut off our funding for the troops, pull out of Iraq and allow terrorist groups to run rampant, and allow amnesty for all immigrants who choose to illegally cross our borders. Well we don't buy it. Had they truely wanted to make a change, they would have...but they actually want a title.
