Barry's Disciples: Building A Religion

Much (far too much, in my opinion) has been made of how truly revolutionary Barack Obama's logo is.

Tip For The Day: if you happen to be on a date with a liberal graphic designer (redundant, I know) and want to impress him/her with how hip you are to both modern liberal personality cults and the general marketing zeitgeist, just casually slip this in: "You know, I'm really impressed with Barack Obama's truly revolutionary campaign logo. The whole sunrise is just like so evocative of hope, which Barack Obama, I don't know if you've heard, is very much in favor of. Also, the white and red stripes below the hopeful sunrise appear to be some sort of agricultural crop. Graphical allusions like that are so totally popular with the simple, bitter folk who piddle around in middle America. And this whole hopeful scene of simple hope is surrounded by a big blue 'O' which reminds the simple middle America voters that Barack Obama's name begins with the letter 'O.'"

This academic and intellectual assessment of the logo will help you appear cosmopolitan and educated (like Barack and Michelle) to your date and very well could set the course for a very successful evening.

Moving on: I noticed a picture in today's paper which really opened my eyes to what this logo really is. Look at the sign in the middle:

This, my friends, is not a hopeful sunrise 'O' with corn-rows. This is a halo, normally reserved for our holy departed Christian saints and God's angels in heaven.

These people, with their wicked new religion, must be stopped.
