Hold your horses their cowboy! It's not that type of fence ya'll (Yes, I said it. I'm from Texas sue me).
Demos are not in support of a fence that'll keep illegal immigrants out of the country, but they are in support of a fence that'll keep undesirables OUT of their convention.
The ACLU has filed a lawsuit against the DNC regarding the fence they have decided to set up outside their Convention arena. The ACLU is claiming that the demos attempts to keep other democrat protesters out is a violation of their 1st amendment right to peacefully gather.
This is just funny. They won't support a fence that'll keep illegal immigrants out, but they will go for a fence that'll keep out other democrats that don't think exactly like them. This is just beyond rich....

Yes, it is funny and predictable that they would do this.
On another point, I believe it to be vitally important to draw a distinction between immigrants of the legal and illegal variety. Even in invoking immigrants in a discourse of fences, the difference should be drawn. There's a lot of nonsense that happens in gov't. as we are all, no doubt, aware. One episode rankles more than others. Some years ago, a Representative from Illinois DARED to posit equal wages across the board for all 'immigrants'. He lamented that it is unfair that there be so much disparity between the wages of a 'landscape artist' from Mexico versus a software professional from India. I invite everybody to verify that what I've said is true. His name is Luis Gutierrez. The article was in the NY Times.
Obviously, one has been 'imported', so to speak, the other just crossed the border. I hope that I've convinced you to be more mindful in the future.

Yet liberal groups have supported causing chaos outside Republican conventions, and God forbid they not be allowed to gather and express their First Amendment rights there...
The more I hear from the radical left, the more I'm convinced their brains aren't connected to their mouths. Or anything else for that matter.
